Return and order cancellation policy

Return Policy: Send an email to info@alakhl.sa, including the printed invoice number, name, and image of the item to be returned. Returns must be made within 14 days of the sales invoice date, which the customer receives from the delivery representative. Returns must be limited to product defects, not replacements.

Order Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their orders at any time unless confirmed by a company employee over the phone. Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of confirmation by sending a message to the company’s WhatsApp or emailing info@alakhl.sa, including the customer’s name and information, as well as the order details to be cancelled.
